Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required for all services and are nonrefundable. Deposits count towards the service fee for your appointment. Jewelry fees and/or additional merchandise will be charged at the time of service. If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel or no-show your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you incur an additional $10 late fee. Deposits are nonrefundable EXCEPT in the event that after an anatomy check your anatomy is not suited for the piercing that you have scheduled said appointment for. The piercer will offer alternative piercing options. If no services are performed, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded. If you fail to provide proper IDs outlined in our FAQ section, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. The minimum age requirement for each piercing is listed on the booking page. If the minimum age is not met by the client at the time of the appointment the deposit will not be refunded. Please specify the age of the CLIENT when booking, as this can change the amount of time allotted to the appointment. If you fail to show up on time to your appointment for any reason, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are unhappy with our in-house jewelry selection, your deposit will not be refunded, but can be rolled over to reschedule if you choose to custom-order jewelry through us. No returns or refunds will be issued after jewelry purchase for any reason, due to the nature of body jewelry. The piercer reserves the ability to cancel your appointment and/or refuse service for any reason. Please act respectfully. By booking an appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
